Tasting Notes
The nose opens up with familiar tropical notes such as pineapple, guava and pomelo. The flavorful palate is very floral in addition to all of the tropical fruits on the nose, with a soft acidity and a very smooth mouthfeel. The finish is long with an emphasis on the more citrusy aspects of the wine.
Winemaker Notes
This Fumé Blanc was aged in neutral oak for 5 months prior to bottling in order to give the wine a gentle fermentation that maximizes its delicate aromas and flavors.
