Taste Our Tradition

Rubino, an Italian word for Ruby, ties into areas of rich winemaking history.

On this very soil immigrants from Italy settled in 1887 and began producing exceptional wines reminiscent of those found in their homeland. They settled here because of the rich, Ruby color, gravelly soils and the exceptional terroir.

Today we embrace the core values that were set forth by our predecessors. They are hard work; focus on quality and love of family. We blend these values with innovative winemaking skills using the highest quality fruit and cooperage to produce fine Italian varietals as well as those varietals which excel in the California Coastal terroir.

We offer our fine wines to our customers in a theme from the Italian settlers' old world. We encourage the celebration of family, good friends and great wine.
